• 01Company profile→A place to record the basics about your company — headcount, industry, parent company — so that advice can be given on a consistent footing. Accurate company information is what allows us to give specific, practical support.
• 02Members-only Q&A→A place where advisory history and materials accumulate, so that HR risk can be managed consistently and systematically. In particular, the company's HR contact can choose the requested response time and whether the query may be shared with headquarters.
• 03Resources→A place to review and maintain your collective agreement, employment rules, contracts and HR-related policies on a regular basis.
• 04AI Diagnostics→A place to assess risk in advance each year — labor management and occupational safety diagnostics reflecting changes in labor law.
• 05Core Calculators→A space for working out annual leave, average wages, severance pay, ordinary wages and overtime allowances yourself. The calculations follow the Labor Standards Act and the method used by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
• 06Legal Updates→A place where amendments to labor law and their effective dates are summarised for you. Related materials are posted alongside, so you can see in advance what needs to be prepared before an amendment takes effect.
• 07HR Templates→A place to download the HR templates most often needed in practice. FAIR posts reviewed standard templates that you can adapt to your own circumstances.
